What is therapy?
Therapy looks at how the past can affect how you are feeling, thinking and behaving right now. Therapy allows you to make decisions of what you want and need rather than your past experiences influencing your decisions. It’s fair to say it’s not always possible to turn to family or friends for support, & sometimes our difficulties involve those very people. We all experience times in our life when we need help. Therapy can help to move us towards a life that does work and can free us from restrictions, providing more choices and freedom. It can help us find meaning and make sense of what is going on for us and move us towards a more contented way of being.
